Legal collaborator at Torres Legal, where she is part of the firm's Regulatory Law team. Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive advice to clients on regulatory and corporate matters, including obtaining licenses and permits from competent authorities, municipal procedures, establishment and structuring of companies, regulatory compliance, and follow-up of administrative procedures before public and autonomous entities.
Prior to joining Torres Legal, Samantha gained professional experience in both the public and private sectors. She served as an Administrative Assistant in the Sanctioning Court of the Consumer Protection Agency, where she developed direct knowledge of institutional and sanctioning processes in consumer protection. Subsequently, she worked as a Legal Assistant in a private firm, participating in the drafting and management of various legal documents, including notarial instruments, company formations, powers of attorney, contracts, and procedural writings.

Additionally, she has participated in training programs in the areas of Central American integration, social transformation, and digital tools applied to professional practice.
