Paola Ávila is a Salvadoran lawyer and notary with more than five years of experience and a focus on Corporate Law.
She is currently an associate at Torres Legal and is part of the Corporate and Banking and Transactional departments, from where she provides legal advice to companies on corporate matters, corporate governance, compliance with corporate obligations, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, structuring contracts, corporate reorganizations, and inquiries related to the daily operation of companies.
