At that time the firm was small and there was no distinction of departments, so I supported the lawyers in all areas in which they might need help. As the years went by I specialized in the Labor area and I was assigned to be in charge of this area as a Lawyer, without a doubt it was a challenge for me because I knew that I had to make this department grow.
