Financing and collection tools using
Bitcoin and Blockchain

September 30, 2022

The National Commission for Micro and Small Enterprises (CONAMYPE) under the direction of the Official Fashion Cluster (SMODA), held the first day of the Art and Design Festival El Salvador 2022.

On this occasion, the event had different spaces of folkloric musical expression; dance, ballet and theater shows; the awarding of the participants in the CDMYPE Innovation Award; talks and presentations on art, finance and business empowerment.

In this sense, our managing partner, Héctor Torres, was part of the panelists in the
discussion on Financing and tools for payment through Bitcoin and Blockchain.

The topic of the discussion was focused on how micro and small businesses can have a digital financial product and a way to obtain liquidity to promote their businesses nationally and regionally.

In addition to the collaboration of our managing partner, the conversatory was attended by: Renato Salazar, national director of New Story ONG Bitcoin; Guillermo Contreras, executive director of DitoBanx Wallet Digital; and Daniel Fortín, legal advisor for entrepreneurs at Consortium Legal.

Also, the festival had the participation of businesses of natural products, designer clothing, apps for transfers, urban art; and ventures such as food products, beverage brands and tropical food dishes.

On the other hand, Torres met with some of his clients who attended the event. One of them was Café Fulanos who exhibited their new brand of drinks Cool Brew Bar. Likewise, our client Athena Bitcoin held an informative space on access and inclusion to cryptocurrencies.

Torres Legal participates in this and other types of events that promote the growth of local and foreign businesses. If you want to know about future events in which the firm will participate you can follow us on our different social networks.
